Can you believe it’s already time to think about trick-or-treating? Fall is here, the weather is getting colder, and your children want to the best costume on the block. We can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with! Either way, our team at Fun-E Farm values safety outside just as much as we do inside our playground. We wanted to offer a few quick tips to make sure you have a safe and fun Halloween night!
Light up the night
This is one of our favorites, because what costume doesn’t get better with a little extra flare? Glowsticks, reflective tape, and flashlights are important to make sure everyone stays seen on Halloween. We’re sorry for the rhyme, but it’s an important face to remember! There’s nothing wrong with throwing on a reflective strip on Captain America’s shield, or a glow stick to a princess’s crown.
Do your Part
Part of safety on this night will be to do your part! If you wrap up the night early or are coming home late from work, be sure to keep a special eye out for any movie characters or ghosts that may be running across the street. Sometimes candy can get everyone excited. Just remember to drive with caution and enjoy your night!
Getting together with a group of your children’s friends is a great way to spend Halloween. Not only will your kids be able to show off their costumes, but you’ll have an extra pair of eyes watching the group as you walk down the street. Maybe you can even start planning a joint birthday party, too!
No matter what, we wish all of our friends in Kingston a safe and spooky Halloween!
